No more Fendi.

20/4/23: Fendi, kucing gemuk kegemaran adik aku dah takde. Few days ago, adik aku terlanggar dia masa on the way nak pergi terawih. We sent her to the vet, and paid for the surgery. Originally, adik aku dah plan nak bawak dia sekali ke Jasin, duduk kat rumah sewa supaya adik aku boleh jaga dia after surgery tu. But this morning, we received a call from the clinic stating that Fendi died in her incubator. Adik aku masuk bilik aku and delivered the news to me. To be honest, I'm not a cat person. God, aku takut kucing. But Fendi has been with us for quite some time. Dia bukan kucing kitaorang but our family feeds her and other stray cats in the area as well. Dia selalu meleset dengan adik aku, and my brother himself is very fond of her. Aku tau, adik aku rasa bersalah for accidentally hitting her that night. He was quiet today. He tried to humor himself with jokes but tahla, I guess he's trying to cope with her death. I get it now. Kematian haiwan peliharaan, or at least, animals that we are fond of, can be quite traumatizing. Rest in peace, Fendi.
